The upcoming VANJ Conference in 2024, or VANJ2024, themed "Innovations Driving a Resilient Society" is just around the corner. We're excited to announce that this event will offer both in-person participation at the University of Tokyo, Japan and the option to attend virtually via Zoom. Save the dates for two enriching days of discussions: December 7th (Sat) - 8th (Sun), 2024.
We extend a warm invitation to all scholars, researchers, and students from Japan, Vietnam, and around the world to submit papers for the VANJ2024. This year's conference aims to explore the pivotal role of innovation in building societies that are adaptable, sustainable, and resilient in the face of global challenges. We welcome submissions that address a wide range of topics, including technological advancements, social innovations, policy frameworks, and interdisciplinary approaches that contribute to a resilient society. . This conference holds great promise as a platform for sharing insights, fostering collaboration, and inspiring future innovations that will shape the resilient societies of tomorrow and promote the friendly cooperative relationship between Vietnam and Japan. We eagerly await diverse and insightful submissions that will enhance the discussions at VANJ2024. VANJ2024 welcomes contributions to general sessions on a broad range of topics, including but not limited to:

Kindly ensure your abstract is submitted by November 1st (Fri), 2024. When preparing your general abstract, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Title
- Abstract for approximately 300 – 400 words, in text format only
- Indicate your preferred presentation type: Oral or Poster

The abstract you submit will undergo evaluation by our Scientific Committee.
We encourage submissions for both Oral and Poster presentations. Please note that due to the limited capacity of the Oral sessions, the Technical Program Committee (TPC) will carefully review all submissions and determine the appropriate presentation type for each submission. While submitting your abstract, kindly specify your preferred presentation type.
If your abstract is accepted for VANJ2024, please prepare and submit your presentation materials to the conference by November 29th (Fri). TPC will base its decision on your submitted materials to identify outstanding contributions during the conference, acknowledging them with the Best Oral Presentation Award and Best Poster Presentation Award. Additionally, TPC will present the Young Researcher Award to the most excellent research paper. To qualify for the award, you must present your research at the conference.
