Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • On this system, add email of ALL authors/co-authors when submit
  • Title
  • Abstract follows the suggested Abstract Template by VANJ Conference.
  • Indicate your preferred presentation type: Oral or Poster
  • Indicate whether you need visa invitation

Author Guidelines

Title:
- The title should be concise, informative, and clearly reflect the content of the abstract.
- Use sentence case for the title (capitalize the first letter of the first word and proper nouns).
- Avoid using abbreviations and acronyms in the title unless they are well-known within the field.

Authors:
- List all authors' full names and affiliations.
- Use superscript numbers to indicate affiliations if multiple authors are from different institutions.
- Provide the corresponding author's contact information, including an email address.

Abstract Structure:
- Please follow our suggested templates to prepare your abstract file. Abstract template.

Keywords:
- Include a list of keywords or phrases that are relevant to your abstract. These keywords help conference organizers categorize and index submissions.

Originality:
- Ensure that the abstract represents original research, findings, or insights. Plagiarism or self-plagiarism is unacceptable.

Submission Instructions:
- Follow the conference's submission instructions carefully. This may include the submission platform, file format, and any additional requirements. The same abstract can only be submitted once. Duplicates will be removed.

Review and Proofread:
- Thoroughly proofread your abstract for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors.
- Seek feedback from colleagues or mentors before submitting.

Deadlines:
- Be aware of the submission deadline and submit your abstract well before the cutoff to avoid any technical issues or last-minute rush.

Ethical Considerations:
- Ensure that your research complies with ethical standards, including consent, data protection, and research ethics.

Conflicts of Interest:
- Disclose any potential conflicts of interest related to the research or its funding sources.

Acceptance and Notification:
- Understand that acceptance notifications and feedback may be provided by the conference organizers after the review process.
